Most Businesses run their websites fine on our Business Hosting Plan. However, if you run several recourse heavy websites it’s recommended to choose a Dedicated Server instead.
Our Regular Hosting Plans are served by what’s called Shared Hosting. However, our setup is different and is not limited to what traditionally is considered shared hosting.
Usually on Shared Hosting, hosting providers squeeze in as many accounts as possible on a single Server to make more money. These servers has limited performance capability and all websites on such server has to share the server resources with all the other websites. This causes all websites on such server to slow down if one website gets a lot of visitors and need more resources than the others.
On our Hosting however, we also host many websites on one server on the Regular Hosting Plans. The big difference though is that our Servers are Cloud Based and not resource limited. Therefore, we can always allocate extra resources any time to make sure one website won’t slow down the performance of others. So your websites will always run fast no matter what happens on other websites on the server.
It’s the amount if time your website is Online and available to visitors. If a server goes offline, it can no longer serve any website and no visitors can reach them. The time a website can’t be reached is called Downtime. No one can truly offer 100% uptime since there is always a little chance that something happens that causes downtimes now and then.

The Default Server location is in London, United Kingdom. However, customers on the Business Plan or any Dedicated Server Plan can choose one of our 20 Global Server Locations. It’s always recommended to choose a server location closest to most of your visitors. However, the way our server network is set up, your websites will always be served fast no matter where your visitors are located in relation to the server location.
Right now it does not, but we will implement this soon on all Hosting Plans. In the meanwhile, if you buy a Webdesign package, after delivery, you will get a website builder so that you can fully edit your website easily on your own.
Yes, security is our main priority. We provide very good Security as Standard on both the Starter Plan and Standard Plan, and Enhanced Security on the Business Plan and Maintenance Plans to meet higher security requirements by Businesses.

We offer 30 day money back guarantee on Maintenance Plan. This means that you can try out the service risk free for 30 days, and receive a full refund if you’re not completely satisfied!
No, you have to setup one plan for each Website that you have. However, we’ll give you 10% discount on any extra Plan Subscription!
The only difference is that Maintenance Plan Unlimited includes Unlimited Monthly Task Requests while the Maintenance Plan Light includes One Monthly Task Request. What is considered as “One Task” is something that requires up to 2 hours of work to fix.
Maintenance Plan Light is aimed to those that want increased security, ongoing plugin, theme, and software updates, eternal backups, uptime monitoring, malware protection, site speed up, and everything else from the regular Maintenance Plan but at the same time know that they often can sort out things on their own and won’t need to open request tickets very often.
We provide a dedicated Maintenance Desk once you sign up for a Maintenance Plan. From the Desk you can request multiple tasks, follow the progress and see past tasks.
If you have an ongoing Maintenance Plan, just let us know and we’ll take care of it. If you don’t have an ongoing Maintenance Plan, you can sign up and we’ll unhack your website as soon as possible.

Yes, you don’t have to move your website to our Hosting in order to use our Maintenance Service. However, if you run your website on any of our Hosting Plans or Dedicated Servers you pay -25% less for the Maintenance Plan. If you wish to move to our Hosting, we’ll completely migrate your current Website, Emails, and Databases to us, free of charge!
Webdesign
When we do a Website Upgrade we take your current website and make a new upgraded version of it from the ground up. We’ll keep the text and links, but upgrade the entire layout and design so that your website till look modern and professional. We’ll also configure your Upgraded Website for SEO and faster load times!
Multi Page Websites have the content separated on different pages, but a One Page Website has all content presented on the first page. One Page Websites are very common and is suitable for smaller websites with not too much content. Ask us if you’re unsure if your website would be suitable for a One Page layout.
A Regular Website is a Multi Page Website where the content is separated on many different pages.
It depends on the kind of website and the current workload but it usually takes anything from 3-30 days. Website upgrades are usually finished in under a week. Ask us if you need an accurate time estimation.
Just let us know and we’ll look into it and try to fix it immediately. If we are unable to deliver a functional website according to your original request, you will receive a refund.
If you have an active Maintenance Plan, we can normally do this for you. If not, you can edit your website yourself through a user-friendly website editing interface.
Domain Registration
Yes, you can register any domain that’s not already taken by someone else. We provide 1000 different domain extensions so you will surely find something that suit your needs!
Yes, simply use the domain search field and enter a domain that you own and click the “Transfer Domain” button. You will then be redirected to the Client Area where you’ll insert your Epp/Auth code.
Yes, you’ll setup all the domain registration details yourself from your Client Dashboard.
You can Register as many Domains as you like.
The information you register with your Domains are publicly available for anyone to see. This leads to lack of anonymity and a lot of Spam being sent to your Email address by spam bots that crawls the domain registers.
With ID Protection, the information in the public registry is replaced my anonymous details and none of your personal details are shown and we will never reveal your real domain details. You can add ID Protection during checkout or from your Client Dashboard.
It usually takes just a few seconds, but sometimes it can take up to an hour.
Yes, you’ll have total control over your Domains. You can edit them and transfer them whenever you like.
Transferring Domains normally takes around 7 – 14 days.

Dedicated Servers
A Dedicated Server is a Private Server that offers more control and configuration options and delivers very high performance.
In 99% of cases, our Regular Hosting will suit your needs. But we recommend to choose a Dedicated Server if you’re not too limited on budget, run several high traffic websites or just want more control over your Hosting environment.

We recommend to choose a Dedicated Server if you intend to run an Ecommerce store. However, if you’re just starting out and have a limited budget, you can choose our Regular Hosting during the startup phase and when your customer base increase you can upgrade to a Dedicated Server. Note that if you require a PCI compliant environment you have to choose Dedicated Server from the start.
